📋 Description

• Maintain and extend the ingestion pipeline pulling creator data from Nectar and Creator IQ • Keep data sources fully separated and traceable: what came from where, how, and when • Maintain and extend the TypeScript-based engine that ranks creators by fit to a campaign • Keep scoring weights transparent and adjustable rather than opaque • Build and maintain the connection between the ranking system and AND Studio's outreach platform, referred to as "Sever" • Close the current data gap on creator geography to enable accurate targeting • Ensure every number shown to a client is genuinely defensible • Build habits and checks that make data integrity true by default • Work directly alongside the outgoing technical lead during the transition period • Document the system as it's built out

🎯 Requirements

• Working proficiency in TypeScript, comfortable operating inside a real production codebase • Solid SQL and general data pipeline fundamentals • Practical, hands-on use of AI coding tools • Genuine understanding of what's being built rather than leaning on generated code without knowing why it works • Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where scope shifts as the business learns what it needs • Demonstrated instinct for data accuracy over surface-level output • Ability to think clearly; baseline technical capabilities matter more than tenure • South African employment contract
