📋 Description

• Act as the first escalation point for client support, handling refunds and exceptions using existing SOPs. • Partner with the Client Support Executive who manages phones and inbox. • Backfill the client support function during leave or sickness. • Own projects from scope through adoption, including timelines, owners, and outcomes. • Deliver the Subscription model rollout, including communications, enablement, coach updates, and documentation. • Use monday.com for project tracking and collaborate with the CRM Executive and HubSpot owner on automations and reports. • Keep shared-drive artefacts up to date. • Communicate changes through email and WhatsApp and follow up on adoption. • Build and maintain a monthly coach dashboard using HubSpot reports. • Book and run the monthly review slot, including agenda, materials, and actions. • Flag coaches to reward or escalate. • Support coaches with availability changes, document locations, and process queries. • Review the end-to-end client journey and implement process improvements. • Interpret CX and operations metrics in HubSpot and act on insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operations, service delivery, or project coordination in industries such as tech, finance, marketing, and professional services. • Highly organised with high attention to detail. • Outstanding written and verbal communication. • Confidence with some or all of Google Workspace, HubSpot, Acuity/scheduling, and monday.com. • Comfortable interpreting HubSpot-based dashboards to influence actions and decisions, or experience with a different CRM. • Bias to action and ability to derive sensible sub-tasks from outcomes without waiting for granular to-dos.
