• Responsible for achieving sales goals within a defined geographic area. • Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals. • First level sales manager, responsible for day-to-day activities of field sales organization. • Serves as the face of Stahl Truck Bodies in the work truck body industry. • Responsible for developing and executing proactive plan for market share growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account sales or business development. • Strong understanding of work truck body industry dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, experience managing high-performing teams. • Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools preferred. • Willingness to travel as needed.
