• Handle a steady flow of agency-provided warm and live transfer leads • Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions • Quote and sell personal lines insurance products while providing a high level of customer experience • Conduct coverage reviews to identify opportunities to improve protection and round out accounts • Build strong customer relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term growth • Follow sales processes, track performance goals, and consistently work toward production targets • Provide knowledgeable guidance while representing a respected Allstate agency

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) • Previous insurance sales experience with a proven ability to close business • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products • Confident communication skills and the ability to connect with customers virtually • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment • Ability to manage your own workflow, stay organized, and work independently
