📋 Description
• Verify and load platform-discovered patient insurance coverage into systems • Manage a coverage work queue and research eligibility • Coordinate with payers and provider teams and update patient records • Support metrics/reporting and recommend process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Revenue cycle experience (eligibility & denials preferred) • Strong proficiency with Excel is required; willingness to learn basic SQL • Powerful attention to detail and documentation skills • Results-driven and motivated with a strong drive to succeed • Highly collaborative and enjoys partnering across teams
