📋 Description
• Receive and convert high-intent live transfer leads • Conduct professional consultations and recommend tailored P&C solutions • Manage a remote sales pipeline with accuracy and accountability • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize customer value • Contribute to agency-wide production goals while working independently
🎯 Requirements
• Active Property & Casualty license (required) • Proven success in insurance sales with documented closing performance • Experience converting live transfer or warm inbound leads • Strong digital communication and remote workflow discipline • Self-directed, results-driven, and comfortable working independently • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
