📋 Description

• Manage client campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms • Recommend strategies to the CEO • Execute agreed-upon optimizations • Monitor and report back on results • Achieve clients’ growth and efficiency goals • Daily pacing and performance checks • Bid optimization • Ad copy analysis and optimization • Keyword expansion • Negative mining • Product feed optimization • Account hygiene • Conversion tracking setup and calibration • Troubleshoot changes in performance • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting exercises • Weekly reporting and analysis • Ad hoc reporting as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Paid Search, Shopping, and Performance Max • Display, YouTube, and other channel experience a plus • Critical thinking • Persuasive writing and use of data • Time and project prioritization • Consistently meet deadlines • Effectively deploying budgets across campaigns and platforms • Proactive with recommendations • Understand statistical significance/confidence levels • Understand and optimize marketing metrics and KPIs • Google Analytics and other MarTech tools • Keep up with current industry trends • Push the envelope with new hypotheses and tests • Familiar with Monday.com, Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides • Embrace rapid change
