• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong focus on paid social, performance marketing, or direct-response creative • A portfolio demonstrating high-performing short-form video ads, including UGC and other social-first formats • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects, CapCut, or comparable editing tools • Strong understanding of paid social creative principles, including hooks, pacing, retention, messaging, and calls to action • Experience using performance feedback and testing results to develop new edits and creative iterations • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-moving environment • Experience using AI-assisted creative or editing tools to improve speed, variation, and production workflows is preferred
