📋 Description

• Deliver engaging technical, product, and sales training to strengthen distributor capability. • Partner with distributors on joint customer visits to model effective sales techniques and drive opportunity conversion. • Monitor and report on sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and growth metrics. • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set partner sales targets and align capability development with commercial KPIs. • Lead new product onboarding, positioning, and differentiation training to maximise market penetration. • Support customer engagement through installations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting. • Develop distributor growth plans that integrate training with strategic sales activation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs and universities to enhance advocacy and referral networks. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy. • Drive accountability for performance outcomes through quarterly business reviews and continuous coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• Veterinary Surgeon or Veterinary Nurse background, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the in house diagnostics (IHD) market. • Proven sales or sales coaching experience within veterinary, diagnostics, or a related technical industry. • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and upskill partner teams across multiple markets. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging across functions, cultures, and geographies. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. • A proactive, problem solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity. • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent across assigned markets.
