• Akquise und Betreuung des eigenen Kundenstamms • keine Kaltakquise, Beratung auf eingehenden Wunsch • Unterstützung der Betreuungskräfte bei Wechseln und Notfällen • Management des Betreuungskräftestamms eigenverantwortlich • regelmäßiger Kontakt zu den Betreuungskräften • Best Practices zur Konfliktlösung weitergeben • konstruktives Feedback zur Optimierung interner Prozesse geben
🎯 Requirements
• erste Erfahrungen im Account Management, Sales oder in der häuslichen Pflege • Freude am Telefonieren • sympathische, aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit • Gewinnermentalität: bereit schnell zu lernen und Dinge voranzutreiben • Deutsch (mind. C1) und Kroatisch (mind. C2) • Erfahrung mit Systemen wie Salesforce, Pipedrive oder Hubspot ist ein Plus
