📋 Description

• You plan and take responsibility for the complete setup of your location, both commercially and operationally. • You recruit your own team of care assistants, lead them and support their development. • You systematically build the customer base and ensure a smooth launch and coordination of care services. • You implement our proven approach, adapt it locally and provide well-founded feedback for further development. • You develop local channels and partnerships that sustainably supply your location with new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, business development, building business units, consulting, or in a startup environment • Entrepreneurial mindset: You prioritize independently, structure your own day-to-day work and take responsibility for financial results. • Hands-on mentality: You handle operational and strategic topics simultaneously • Result-oriented working style and confident handling of KPIs • Business-fluent German • Willingness to work on-site in your region.
