📋 Description

• From preparation to successful deployment, you plan, control and coordinate software releases, service packs and hotfixes. • In collaboration with Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance and other stakeholders, you align release content and ensure a smooth process. • You coordinate release activities across multiple teams and keep schedules, priorities and dependencies under control at all times. • You proactively monitor milestones and critical dependencies and initiate appropriate measures when necessary. • You ensure that release processes, quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, MDR, IEC 62304) are reliably met. • You confidently support compliance reviews and ensure that all release-relevant documentation is complete and audit-ready. • You contribute your expertise to internal and external audits and support their successful preparation and execution. • You facilitate release meetings, reconcile differing interests and create transparency for all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of experience in Release Management or Release Engineering and have successfully been responsible for software releases in regulated environments. • Your strengths include release strategy, governance and managing complex releases across multiple products. • You are well versed in regulatory quality management and release requirements such as MDR, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IEC 62304. • You have solid knowledge of CI/CD, release automation and deployment orchestration and apply these effectively in practice. • You are familiar with application architectures, APIs as well as environment and configuration management and take the requirements of Cloud/SaaS and on‑premise environments into account in your release planning. • You confidently facilitate release decision meetings (including under regulatory constraints) and guide Go/No‑Go decisions. • You continuously improve release processes, define meaningful metrics and actively contribute to optimizing Release Management. • Ideally, your profile is complemented by experience with container and deployment technologies.
