📋 Description

• Acquire warm leads and support families • Conduct consultations in response to incoming customer requests • Independently manage the customer base • Maintain regular contact with families and assist during changes in care arrangements • Provide constructive feedback to optimize internal processes and the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Winning mindset: willingness to learn quickly and go the extra mile • Ideally trained as a qualified nurse or holding a degree in social work, health management, or a comparable field • Enjoy making phone calls and persuade with charm and authenticity • German at C2 level is required
