• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the FAR, DFARS • Provide pre-solicitation advice and document support • Assist in preparing pre-award PWS, Statements of Work (SOW), and other requirements documents • Provide advice and recommendations for acquisition plans • Assist in evaluation process and assure written documentation • Prepare Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance • Prepare appropriate documentation for closing out contract actions
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field • A minimum of 8 years of Federal Contracting Experience • 2+ years of construction and/or AE contracting experience • Minimum DAWIA Level II or FAC-C certification of Level II (preferred) • Military or DoD Acquisition Training & Experience • Previously Held Warrants
