📋 Description

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are performant, reliable, intuitive, scalable, and mission-critical • Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration • Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments • Define best practices for the Agent Development Life Cycle • Work directly with large enterprises to understand business challenges and build AI agents that transform operations at scale • Partner with cutting-edge startups to embed AI agents across their business stacks • Surface customer needs and prototype new tools and features • Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and the core platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems • Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production • Familiarity with AI agent tools, evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments • Builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences • Founder or founding engineer experience is a major plus • Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is a major plus • Previous customer-facing roles or technical project leadership with external stakeholders is a major plus
