📋 Description

• Set architectural direction for products emerging from Labs from prototype to production • Design and build production-grade agentic workflows, including retrieval, tool use, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and safety guardrails • Provide senior technical guidance for architectural decisions spanning multiple teams • Establish technical standards and engineering practices across the organization • Make significant individual contributions to the SaaS product across Azure and AWS • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering across the full SDLC • Mentor and guide engineers and influence engineering culture • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of customer-facing applications and agentic systems • Implement and maintain automated testing practices, including evaluations for AI components • Contribute to modernization and consolidation of legacy integration surfaces

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience • 3+ years in senior, lead, or principal roles • Deep code fluency in mainstream programming languages • Strong working command of Azure and AWS • Knowledge of container orchestration, serverless, messaging, identity, and managed data stores • Kubernetes production experience • Strong command of SQL and NoSQL systems • Production experience shipping LLM-powered features • Experience with retrieval, embeddings, tool calling, structured outputs, and cost/latency tradeoffs • Experience designing end-to-end agentic workflows • Experience leading architectural initiatives across teams • Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience • Knowledge of SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI, and TDD • Familiarity with C#/.NET, Node.js/TypeScript, and Vue.js • Advanced English • Working familiarity with MCP, agent frameworks, and evaluation frameworks is a plus • Experience with Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or SageMaker is a plus • Experience with Autodesk products and APIs is a plus • Construction, MEP, or manufacturing domain knowledge is a plus • Experience with large-scale migrations or architectural transformations is a plus • Familiarity with modern serverless technologies is a plus • Understanding of event-driven architectures and message-based integration is a plus
