📋 Description
• Develop and execute multi-city PPC strategies for Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads. • Create customized campaigns for each Corporate Stays location. • Identify new keywords, bidding strategies, and opportunities for growth. • Manage and optimize a monthly advertising budget of $50,000 CAD. • Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance. • Build search, display, remarketing, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns. • Perform daily/weekly optimization: bids, keywords, audience targeting, etc. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for management. • Suggest landing page improvements for conversion optimization. • Monitor competitor campaigns, pricing strategies, and demand patterns.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads & Bing Ads campaigns. • Proven experience managing budgets of $20,000–$50,000/month or higher. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics. • Experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate is a strong asset. • Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus. • Proficiency with: • Google Ads • Microsoft Ads • Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Tag Manager • Data Studio / Looker • A/B testing tools • Landing page optimization
