📋 Description

• Input, verify, coordinate, and maintain warranty claim information in a database • Evaluate warranty claims for accuracy and validity • Respond to dealer requests regarding warranty reconciliations, warranty terms, and basic troubleshooting for warranty component replacements and repairs • Respond promptly and professionally to warranty inquiries via email • Investigate and resolve claim issues • Follow established warranty policies and business practices to approve or reject claims • Use data mining and analysis to explore historical data and discover patterns supporting the adequacy of returns • Escalate warranty claim-related issues requiring management review or input • Enter hard-copy warranty claim information into the Warranty Database • Report to the US Supervisor, Warranty Service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years’ related experience and/or training in a customer service environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must have bachelor’s degree • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written • Strong communication experience with international teams, virtual collaboration tools, cross-time-zone collaboration, and communication best practices • Well-versed with remote working protocols and etiquettes • Ability to use a computer for 8.5 hours per day • Ability to use MS Office applications: Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to compose professional correspondence and speak clearly using proper phone etiquette • Experience with MS Office, Warranty Database, and Navision • Accurate and fast alphanumeric data entry skills and 10-key pad proficiency • Attention to detail • Minimum 30 Mbps broadband availability from an acceptable national service provider such as Jio, Tata, Airtel, or Hathway Fiber • Quiet and dedicated home office environment with space for two monitors and one laptop • Must ensure safe and secure setup and usage of company IT assets • Immediate joiner preferred; candidates serving notice with 30 working days or less preferred • May be required to complete a skill assessment task prior to interview
