📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical expert for complex product, application, and system issues across APAC • Provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for customers and channel partners • Lead root cause investigations and drive timely resolution of escalated technical cases • Support strategic customer installations and key account deployments • Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and service partners • Act as the technical lead for regional distributors and channel partners • Build partner technical capabilities through coaching, training, and ongoing support • Ensure consistent service quality and alignment with Stratasys technical standards • Help partners improve customer support effectiveness and operational excellence • Develop expertise in Stratasys technologies, applications, materials, and workflows • Help customers optimize their use of Stratasys solutions and applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and customer experience • Participate in new product introductions, beta programs, and technical projects across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience providing technical support, field service, application engineering, or customer support in a technology-driven environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across global teams • Business proficiency in English • Preferred: Experience in the Dental, Medical Device, Additive Manufacturing, or 3D Printing industries • Preferred: Knowledge of multidisciplinary systems involving hardware, software, electronics, networking, and materials • Preferred: Experience delivering technical training and customer enablement programs • Preferred: Familiarity with industrial or professional 3D printing technologies
