They operate as a strategic operating partner, layering in AI, automation and existing technology, providing ongoing oversight, development and optimisation of the teams and systems.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows and prototypes solving marketing and operational pain points • Work across front-end experience and back-end logic to create practical, lightweight, high-impact solutions • Experiment quickly, test ideas in real-world settings, and iterate based on feedback, adoption, and workflow needs • Work directly with marketers and stakeholders to identify manual bottlenecks, operational gaps, and AI-enabled transformation opportunities • Translate business needs into practical tools, systems, and experiments improving speed, usability, and output quality • Help shape an AI-first way of working across creative and social marketing • Support secure, scalable workflows for internal use and, where appropriate, agency partners • Strengthen infrastructure behind emerging AI tools so experiments can become repeatable ways of working • Contribute learnings, prototypes, and practical thinking to regional or global AI roadmaps • Support a major Southeast Asia marketing team in building next-generation AI-enabled marketing operating systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience across software engineering, creative technology, prototyping, or product build environments • Strong hands-on capability rather than purely strategic oversight • Portfolio of live examples is required • Full-stack prototyping experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and UX, or other relevant languages • Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, tools, or agentic prototypes, ideally for marketing operations and processes • Comfortable working across experimentation and execution • Scrappy, entrepreneurial maker mindset; ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and ship useful experiments • Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders, especially in marketing or creative environments • Ability to translate business needs into tangible solutions • Experience with platforms and tools such as Gemini, Vertex AI, AI Studio, agentic workflows, or similar ecosystems is strongly preferred • Affinity for creative storytelling, social media, content operations, or marketing workflows • Must be eligible to legally work in India; work visa sponsorship is not available
