📋 Description

• Act as a backup to the Relationship Manager and mirror the assigned portfolio • Assist the Relationship Management team in maintaining and developing existing and target relationships • Liaise with departments including FTC, OPS, Compliance, and Credit Ops regarding transactions and documentation • Ensure documentation is up to standard and current, and minimize MER issues • Address client enquiries and coordinate with Service Departments for timely resolution • Assist with industry studies and data collection for clients’ portfolios • Complete projects and assignments from the Division/Unit Head • Maintain proper records of client communications • Maintain and update the monthly pipeline report • Explore and highlight business opportunities in the portfolio • Prepare consolidated client positions regularly • Collate and follow up on RB and Technical Capability reports • Maintain records • Handle annual review initiation, preparation, and project allocation • Prepare and update PPC and CPP reports • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and regional contracting clients
