📋 Description

• Process transactions according to SOP/OPM’s, UCP/ISBP/ISP, and applicable guidelines. • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents. • Handle Trade Operations. • Authorize/input transactions into the system and prepare/authorize relevant SWIFT messages. • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head. • Share errors and knowledge gaps with the line manager/team to address customer service issues. • Ensure charges are collected with no revenue leakage. • Ensure no outstanding reconciliation entries remain pending in Nostro or Internal accounts. • Manage customer expectations, contribute ideas, and work on automation projects. • Participate in team huddles and provide solutions to issues. • Implement solutions on a fast-track basis and work closely with the onshore unit for seamless client delivery. • Close audit observations effectively and promptly. • Ensure efficient transaction processing, service-standard adherence, and quality service to internal and external customers. • Act as maker/authorizer for Import LG issuance, amendments, and cancellations, and similar stages for Standby Letters of Credit/Claims. • Follow relevant manuals, practices, and procedures during transaction processing. • Recommend actions concerning changes in law, ICC rules, government regulations, and bank policies affecting import scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 9-12 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Expert level knowledge in Understanding of Trade Ops. • Expert level knowledge of accounting entries and UATs. • Understanding of amortization principles • Good communication skills, Team Management and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details, good analytical skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player.
