📋 Description

• Lead and manage the API Connect administration team, providing strategic direction and ensuring efficient operations • Conduct requirements gathering, impact analysis, and development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams • Oversee the SIT and UAT phases, ensuring thorough testing and timely issue resolution • Provide expert support and guidance for critical production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact • Maintain a deep understanding of the API Connect/ESB layers and their integration with the system and business environment • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in API management and integration • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to align API Connect administration with business goals and objectives • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations within the API Connect environment • Drive innovation and explore new technologies to enhance API Connect administration and overall software delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in API management, with a strong background in API Connect administration • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment • Expertise in API design, development, and integration, with a focus on API Connect/ESB layers • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues • Proficiency in API management tools and technologies, including API Connect/ESB platforms • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in API management • Willingness to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
