📋 Description

• Lead large-scale Operations Digitalization and AI-led transformation across core Operations units including Trade Finance, Compliance, Retail Banking Operations, Corporate Banking Operations, and Shared Services. • Define and execute the Agentic AI and AI/ML engineering vision for Operations. • Ensure business outcomes are realized through scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions. • Act as a bridge between Operations, Technology, and Data. • Ensure all project milestones are completed within planned Schedule and budget with minimum risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of experience • Domain Knowledge in Financial Services • Functional and technology knowledge on applications within the cluster • Exposure of developing and supporting large complex systems • Latest technology trends the relevant cluster • Cross border team management experience • Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities. • Senior Stakeholder Management • Certification in technology will be added advantage
