📋 Description

• Deliver and maintain IT applications and services supporting Mashreq's information technology strategy • Transform designs and product vision into working frontend products • Contribute technical expertise to sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos, grooming, and planning • Consult with the team on functional and non-functional requirements • Develop IT products, perform unit tests, and review colleagues' products • Design, build, test, and automate functional, performance, resilience, and security tests • Perform life cycle management, including decommissioning, for managed IT products • Improve the continuous delivery process • Resolve incidents and problems relating to managed IT products and their stack • Set up IT environments, deploy products to infrastructure, and implement required changes • Set up monitoring of IT product usage • Collaborate with designers, subject matter experts, Product Owner, and multidisciplinary agile/scrum teams • Maintain traceability of testing activities • Take ownership of key decisions aligned with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Past experience as a frontend developer building modern JavaScript-based web applications • Expert experience with HTML, CSS/LESS/SCSS/etc., JavaScript, and responsive design • Mobile development experience with either native or web-to-native tooling and frameworks • Experience using JavaScript frameworks and libraries, specifically React • Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to use them in practice • Knowledge of object-oriented programming • Ability to write effective unit, integration, and end-user automation tests • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies • Experience as a Developer on a cross-functional agile team preferred • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions • Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply • Ability to handle challenges and multitask in a high-pressure and demanding environment • Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset
