📋 Description

• Check documents against L/C or SBLC according to UCP, ISBP, ISP, applicable ICC guidelines, and internal bank policies • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Input documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head • Share errors and knowledge gaps resulting in document rejection with the line manager/team • Manage customer expectations and work on ideation and automation projects • Participate in team huddles and collaborate to resolve issues • Implement solutions on a fast-track basis and work closely with the onshore unit for seamless client delivery • Ensure efficient transaction processing, service-standard adherence, and quality service for internal and external customers • Act as final checker of import or export bill documents and ensure consistency of document examination standards • Follow relevant manuals' practices and procedures during transaction processing • Recommend actions relating to changes in law, ICC rules, government regulations, and bank policies affecting import/export transaction checking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Trade experience of 3-4 years is a must • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details and strong analytical skills • Able to work under pressure • Excellent organizational skills • Good team player
