📋 Description

• Document checking against L/C or SBLC • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Responsible for inputting documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising • Ad-hoc tasks given by the Team Head • Ensure errors/knowledge gaps are shared with line manager/team • Managing customers’ expectations • Participating in Team Huddles to provide solutions • Ensure efficient processing of transactions and adherence to service standards • Acts as a final checker of import or export bills documents • Ensures that the practice in the manual is followed during transaction processing. • Recommends actions based on changes in law or bank policies affecting import/export transactions. • Taking corrective and preventive actions based on Customer complaints.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Document checking experience of 2-3 years is a must. • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player.
