📋 Description
• Leading and Managing OBPM deployments for the bank • Participate in the ongoing core banking transformation, acting as a bridge between business & tech • Driving implementation/integration of Oracle Banking Payments for various channels • Manage lifecycle from requirements to go-live, overseeing testing (SIT/UAT), cutovers, data migration, and stabilization • Interface with business leaders, IT, vendors, and external partners; provide executive reporting • Ensure adherence to banking standards, security policies, regulatory requirements (IFRS), and internal quality guidelines • Lead workshops to identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities, defining resolution strategies • Support and Manage OBPM platform for the bank
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in core banking / OBPM (design, dev, implementation, support) • Proven experience in large, multi-country banking transformation programs • Strong techno-functional skills in Payments • Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery • Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, host-to-host integrations.
