• 6+ years of hands‑on CRM experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated CRM Strategy role within an agency, consultancy, or client‑side team • Strong working knowledge of leading CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot • Confident presenting complex strategies and turning insights into clear value propositions and achievable activation plans • Data‑driven mindset, with experience analysing customer communications and using insights to shape future campaigns — from audience selection to next‑best actions, content, and timing • Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems and Martech, with expertise across platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and similar tools • Experience delivering CRM consulting or advisory services to clients is a strong advantage • Fluent English with excellent communication skills
