📋 Description

• Lead delivery of complex, high-value client engagements across multiple workstreams • Own timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, and overall programme health • Act as the primary delivery contact for clients and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • Translate client objectives into structured, measurable programmes • Establish governance frameworks, delivery cadences, RAID management, and reporting • Own account P&L, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change requests • Lead and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams • Coach and develop Project Managers and junior team members • Lead delivery input into RFPs, proposals, and pitches • Identify opportunities to support account growth • Use AI tools, dashboards, and project data to improve reporting, delivery efficiency, and decision-making • Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, governance, and ways of working
