📋 Description

• Ensure project success • Work closely with an agile development team throughout the entire project lifecycle • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Facilitate continuous improvements of the team and its processes using a servant leadership style • Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions • Track team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to the appropriate stakeholders • Own budgets, timelines, scope, and risks • Act as the client’s primary contact on projects and radiate information and transparency • Provide high levels of client communication and customer service • Take clear notes on action items and effectively disseminate information and tasks to the team • Report weekly to the manager on project health (including budgets, schedules, and scope concerns) • Report weekly/monthly status updates to clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or other applicable roles. • Advanced to fluent English communication skills are essential for this role. • Direct work experience in the digital realm and knowledge of development project life cycles. • Direct work experience with a variety of software development methodologies and project management tools, i.e., SCRUM/Agile and Kanban. • Agree with our Corporate Values Statement. • Believes in the company's mission: to help people. • Believes in the principles of open source.
