📋 Description
• Develop and oversee enterprise compliance strategy • Ensure AML program effectiveness • Lead regulatory audits and examinations • Present compliance updates to board • Oversee compliance monitoring & testing • Maintain regulator relationships • Manage compliance team structure & hiring
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in financial services compliance • Senior leadership within FinTech, payments, digital lending, or regulated financial services • Direct experience managing regulatory examinations • Strong knowledge of FinCEN, CFPB, SEC, and state oversight • Experience reporting to executive or board level
