• Translate clinical workflows into system configurations • Provide application support and training to clinicians • Manage upgrades and integrations with existing EHRs • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and technical teams • Support Go-Live and post-implementation phases

• EHR system knowledge (Cerner, Epic, EMIS, SystmOne) • Strong understanding of clinical workflows • Communication with stakeholders across departments
