📋 Description

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, functional requirements, and technical challenges. • Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with customer requirements and enterprise architecture principles. • Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across Cloud, Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Application Modernization, and Integration domains. • Recommend the most suitable technologies, products, and implementation approaches. • Lead customer discovery workshops and technical requirements gathering sessions. • Present technical solutions and conduct product demonstrations for customers and stakeholders. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer technical teams, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders. • Collaborate with strategic technology partners to position joint solutions. • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Consulting, Product Management, and PMO teams throughout the sales cycle. • Prepare high-quality technical proposals, solution documents, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs. • Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution discussions. • Provide knowledge transfer and technical handover to delivery teams after project award. • Mentor and support junior presales engineers while contributing to the development of internal best practices. • Maintain version control and ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all technical and proposal documentation. • Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive solutions in Cloud, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's is a plus). • 7+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture. • Strong knowledge of Cloud, Data, AI, Application Modernization, and Integration solutions. • Experience in solution design, technical proposals, and RFP/RFI responses. • Understanding of databases, data platforms, and enterprise architecture. • Excellent technical writing, presentation, and communication skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders. • Familiarity with proposal management and document authoring tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.
