📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales representatives to research and understand customer needs in the Life Sciences and ISO-regulated industries. • Configure and demonstrate in-depth product functionality to prospects, tailoring demonstrations to specific customer requirements. • Present MasterControl solutions for various aspects of a customer's business, highlighting the product's versatility and applicability. • Support the response to functional aspects of RFxs, ensuring accurate and comprehensive answers. • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to develop and maintain sales tools, including demo databases and trial sites. • Collaborate with relevant teams like Product Management and Product Marketing on the creation of sales supporting materials. • Provide product-related training for sales staff as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management, Quality Processes, and Manufacturing Execution Processes related to the Life Sciences and ISO-regulated industries, including FDA regulations and ISO standards. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • Professional and interpersonal skills to develop and foster positive relationships with customers and internal teams. • Proficient in using web-based applications and Microsoft Office products. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Life Sciences and/or ISO-regulated industry expertise. • Exceptional presentation skills. • Ability to think critically and articulate solutions to complex problems under pressure. • Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. • Experience with Quality Management and/or Manufacturing Execution solutions is a plus.
