📋 Description

• Map complex ecosystems using service blueprints, empathy maps, and flow diagrams • Translate business needs and user pain points into seamless omnichannel experiences • Facilitate discovery activities, co-creation workshops, and ideation sessions using FigJam • Create user journeys, wireframes, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes • Collaborate with Product, Research, Content, and Development teams to ensure technical feasibility • Support solution implementation and ensure quality and clarity during handoff • Document design decisions and service solutions for internal teams and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Service Design, Strategic Design, or process-focused Product Design • Proficiency in tools such as Figma and FigJam for visualization, documentation, and visual facilitation • Strong knowledge of information architecture, usability, and mapping methodologies • Systems thinking and the ability to understand the broader context before proposing specific solutions • Autonomy, organization, and predictability in managing and delivering assigned areas of work • Ability to work confidently in dynamic environments with changing priorities and loosely structured demands • Clear communication and strong presentation skills for explaining design decisions and guiding technical and business stakeholders • Transparency and accountability regarding deadlines, alignment, and commitments • Ability to balance the ideal user experience with operational feasibility and business impact • Critical thinking to challenge assumptions and assess the long-term impact of proposed solutions • Highly collaborative profile, emotional maturity, professional demeanor, and ease working across different areas
