📋 Description

• Take full ownership of customer support and act as the main point of contact for customers • Respond to customer inquiries quickly, competently and with high quality • Handle incoming inquiries from our own online shop and from Amazon via email and WhatsApp • Review, verify and optimize AI-generated responses in the support software • Independently assess complaints about defects or issues and find customer-oriented solutions • Assist customers with questions about delivery times • Provide invoices • Maintain and organize returns management • Work in a structured way from home or on-site in Schwaz • Collaborate and communicate with the support team

🎯 Requirements

• Sense of responsibility and ability to keep track even with a high volume of tickets • Ideally experience in e-commerce, especially with online shops or Amazon, or willingness to be trained • Flawless written German • Strong customer orientation and a talent for excellent written customer communication • Openness and willingness to work with AI-based tools • Ability to cooperate in a structured way within the support team • Independent and well-structured working style as well as the ability to prioritize • Willingness to work from home or on-site in Schwaz • Technical interest; electrotechnical experience or prior knowledge is a plus but not required • No phone support required; communication exclusively in writing
