📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade BI solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting capabilities • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive data visualizations and analytical solutions • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and deliver insights • Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting structures • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions • Establish BI development standards, best practices, and documentation processes • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and improve analytics solutions • Mentor junior developers and support the organization’s BI capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehouse development • Advanced proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and relational database design • Strong experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse concepts • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Experience working with large and complex datasets in enterprise environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Preferred: experience with Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, or data transformation • Preferred: knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and data science methodologies • Preferred: hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks • Preferred: experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines • Preferred: familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and master data management • Preferred: experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, or Technology • Preferred: previous experience mentoring analysts, BI developers, or technical team members
