📋 Description
• Support the drafting and review of contracts, corporate instruments and M&A documents; • Handle corporate governance routines for limited liability companies and corporations (incorporation, amendments, minutes, etc.); • Participate in legal due diligence processes for M&A transactions; • Support the legal department in interactions with external law firms and advisors; • Assist in the organization and maintenance of corporate documents and contracts; • Provide legal analysis on regulatory issues and corporate governance matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Previous experience in Corporate Law, gained at law firms or in-house legal departments; • Advanced English; • Experience in M&A is a plus; • Analytical and collaborative profile with strong attention to detail.
