📋 Description
• Structuring and negotiating real estate transactions; • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (purchase and sale, lease agreements, land leases, rural partnership agreements, built-to-suit, memoranda of understanding, right of superficies/surface rights, easements, usufruct, real estate development agreements, among others); • Conducting real estate due diligence; • Risk analysis and proposing business-oriented legal solutions for real estate transactions;
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Proven prior experience in real estate law; • Analytical skills, organized and strong communication abilities; • Proactive, results-oriented and business-minded profile; • Fluent English is essential.
