📋 Description

• Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing • Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management • Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
