📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for a new Social & Creative Department • Build the team and independently hire team members • Continuously develop the department’s strategic direction • Break down existing silos between business areas • Strategic collaboration with major clients • Drive the targeted development of projects and build long-term client partnerships • Optimize processes and workflows while promoting efficiency • Drive innovation, for example through the use of artificial intelligence • Contribute to new business and strategic client development • Take responsibility for the department’s profitability • Collaborate with other Department Heads and the executive team to further develop the company into the leading social media outcomes agency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role • Experience managing managers • In-depth knowledge of the agency environment • Confident handling of all relevant financial metrics required to lead an agency department • Strong analytical skills for generating data-driven insights and deriving strategic decisions based on relevant KPIs • Ability to provide creative input and significantly influence campaign strategies and concepts • Empathetic, positive personality with the ability to inspire and motivate teams • Strong personal and professional growth ambitions • Eager to strategically expand and develop the department • Very good German language skills (C1), both written and spoken • Good English language skills (B2), both written and spoken
