📋 Description

• Oversee and accountability for team of field merchandising representatives, including direct supervision of Retail Merchandising Field Supervisor. • Monitoring daily activities through ongoing communication with RM Field Supervisor and monitoring of key KPIs and reports to ensure alignment with company objectives. • Track performance metrics and regularly report on team effectiveness against established KPIs. • Collaborate with field supervisor to effectively plan and execute special projects • Collaborate with the field supervisor to set performance targets and ensure seamless daily operations. • Identify opportunities for improvement in merchandising approaches, recommending and implementing new strategies. Conduct regular coaching sessions to support team members in meeting and exceeding their goals. • Manage performance evaluations, identifying strengths, and areas for growth within the team. • Foster an environment of continuous improvement, promoting best practices, and supporting each team member's professional growth. • Work with the team to troubleshoot challenges in the field, promoting efficient problem-solving approaches. • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, with insights and recommendations for optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, team leadership, or field operations. • Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPI tracking, with the ability to analyze and communicate insights effectively. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A natural coach with the ability to inspire and motivate field team members to reach their full potential. • Experience with reporting and performance management software or tools is a plus. • Ability to travel 50% to work with team members in the field and oversee field based projects.
