📋 Description

• Conduct structured interviews with Maximo professionals (functional, technical, and industry-specific experts). • Assess candidate experience, certifications, and project delivery track record. • Collect key project references, technologies used, and role responsibilities. • Record and profile candidate skills, certifications, and technical expertise (e.g., MAS 9.2, Cognos, WatsonX integrations, industry solutions). • Track availability preferences (remote, hybrid, relocation) and salary/rate expectations across regions. • Gather decision-maker information for candidates' past project engagements and log client/partner references into CRM. • Maintain and update candidate records within Salesforce or other CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and categorization for fast project matching. • Monitor and nurture relationships with high-value Maximo professionals. • Combine sourcing, recruiting, and research to generate leads and support sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical/ERP/EAM roles. • Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred. • Ability to engage with candidates on technical skills (configurations, upgrades, integrations, industry modules). • Strong interviewing skills to extract detailed project and client information. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus). • Highly organized in capturing and structuring candidate and lead data. • Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar recruiting CRM/ATS systems. • Skilled at balancing candidate experience with business lead generation. • Curiosity and persistence to uncover decision-maker details and map accounts for sales teams. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment. • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a high-growth AI-powered talent platform.
