📋 Description

• Own all sales activities, customer relationships, and profitability within the assigned region. • Develop and implement regional and territory-level sales plans. • Grow sales and profit based on National Sales Plan. • Recruit, train, and manage Regional Sales Executives and Jobsite Specialists for the region. • Search for new distributors as needed. • Regularly travel within the region to support field teams and customers. • Represent MAX USA Corp at national and regional trade shows and industry events. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including expense reports, dealer visit summaries, show reports, CRM updates, and sales confirmations for region. • Manage promotional budget. • Work with Office Manager to collect past due accounts. • Implement MAX programs with accounts (100 PSI, Powerlite, Concrete). • Must follow MAX company regulations. • Collaborate with engineering teams to support product research and field testing. • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards. • Special projects per request.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required; MBA preferred or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with regional or national territory experience preferred. • Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred). • Experience developing promotions, conducting field training, and coordinating jobsite visits and open houses.
