• Japanese language proficiency at a native level • 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager, Content Manager, or Social Media Manager in an online project. • English proficiency at B2 level or higher—our internal team communicates primarily in English. • Proficient in or familiar with Discord—a major plus! • Highly literate, attentive, and empathetic with a keen eye for community sentiment. • Self-driven and proactive — you take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do. • Excellent communicator — diplomatic, open-minded, and emotionally intelligent. • Skilled in conflict resolution and creating an environment of psychological safety.
