📋 Description

• Coordinate and assist with project tasks, timelines, and documentation across Business Systems initiatives • Maintain project trackers such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, and other shared tools • Organize project notes, folders, templates, and related materials • Assist with leadership updates, reporting, and presentations • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and training sessions • Prepare agendas and distribute supporting materials • Capture meeting notes, action items, and recap communications • Track follow-ups and help ensure deadlines are met • Triage shared inbox items and route requests appropriately • Maintain standard operating procedures and shared documentation • Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking • Assist with ad hoc departmental projects and team needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related role • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office tools & Monday.com • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines, following through on action items, and supporting team execution
