📋 Description

• Perform the monthly accounting close, ensuring correct recording of transactions and adherence to deadlines; • Execute and review journal entries, provisions, reclassifications, and reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts; • Prepare account reconciliations (balance sheet), ensuring consistency of balances and adequate supporting documentation; • Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement); • Serve as a point of contact for internal areas (tax, finance, controllership), ensuring aligned information; • Support internal and external audit processes by organizing documentation and responding to requests; • Monitor and analyze accounting variances, proposing adjustments and process improvements; • Ensure compliance with current accounting standards (CPCs / IFRS) and internal policies; • Support continuous improvement of processes, internal controls, and accounting routines; • Participate in ERP projects and system improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; • Previous experience in accounting, with involvement in month-end closing; • Knowledge of account reconciliations and closing routines; • Familiarity with accounting standards (CPC / IFRS); • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Oracle); • Analytical profile, organized and detail-oriented; • Good communication skills and ability to interact with other departments. • Nice to have: • Power BI experience; • Experience with TOTVS Datasul ERP.
