📋 Description

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose • Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community • Makes brief visits to company worksites regularly • Visits employees or immediate family members wherever care can be expressed • Provides referral service and acts as coordinator for specialized assistance • May assist in the planning or conduct funerals • Works with companies to serve notifications of death • May provide post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees • Represents companies to clients/customers where appropriate • Participates in new employee orientation

• Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting • Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse groups • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated skill in analyzing information and solving problems • Computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office, etc. • Active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance
