📋 Description

• Support and monitor data ingestion pipelines and integration workflows • Troubleshoot data pipeline, file transfer, and application issues to identify root causes • Manage secure inbound and outbound file transfers using SFTP and managed file transfer (MFT) tools • Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting using SQL • Review pipeline behavior and logs to determine whether issues are file‑related, data‑related, or system‑related • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions • Develop and execute test plans to validate system and data changes • Document business processes, system workflows, and operational procedures • Provide ongoing production support and clear status updates to stakeholders • Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field OR equivalent relevant experience • 2+ years of related experience supporting systems, applications, or data processes • Basic working knowledge of SQL for data validation or troubleshooting • Experience supporting or monitoring data pipelines, integrations, or file‑based data exchanges • Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and communicate findings clearly
